corruption of blood (英格兰古法)血统败坏 因犯叛国罪或其它重罪而被剥夺民事权利和民事行为能力〔attainder〕所导致的直接后果之一。血统败坏的人被认为败坏、玷污了其祖上及后代的血统,因此他既不能继承土地或其他财产、维持财产的所有权,也不能将财产留给其继承人,后世地产权利的合法性不能追溯至该败坏家族血统者。他的土地、财产由其领主收回〔escheat〕,但国王的没收权〔forfeiture〕优先于领主的收回权。该制度于1834年废除。
